Measure your dog's back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, and their chest girth at the widest point, to select the correct size. Place the coat over your dog's back and fasten securely — it should fit snugly without restricting movement or breathing. For arthritic or stiff dogs, use during rest periods, overnight, or in cold conditions to maintain joint warmth. For active or sporting dogs, put on 20–30 minutes before exercise to warm muscles, and keep on for 30–60 minutes post-exercise to aid recovery.
