Yes, any time before your next billing date. There are no fees and no notice period. If the next order has already been charged, it is still sent.
Yes. Switch between every 4, 8 or 12 weeks and your discount changes to match: 15%, 10% or 5%.
Yes. We email you a reminder before each order, so you have time to skip it or make changes.
Sign in and go to Subscriptions in your account, use the link in your order confirmation email, or email hello@poorly-pet.com and we will do it for you.
The same as any order: £3.99, or free on orders over £39. Each order is tracked and the tracking is emailed to you.
Yes. You earn 5 Club points for every £1 on every subscription order, the same as any order. 500 points is £5 off.
