1. Hold the pack firmly in both hands. 2. Squeeze or strike the pack firmly to break the inner water pouch and activate the cooling reaction. 3. Shake or knead the pack briefly to mix the contents and maximise cooling. 4. Wrap the pack in a thin cloth or towel before applying to your pet's skin to avoid cold burns. 5. Apply to the affected area for no longer than 15 to 20 minutes at a time. 6. Monitor your pet throughout use and remove immediately if any skin irritation or discomfort is observed. 7. Dispose of the pack responsibly after single use — do not puncture or incinerate.
