1. Measure your dog's leg above the carpus joint and select the correct size using the sizing chart. 2. With your dog calm and standing or lying still, gently slide the brace over the paw and position it over the carpal joint. 3. Fasten the Velcro straps from bottom to top, ensuring a snug but not tight fit — you should be able to slip one finger underneath. 4. Adjust the immobilisation panel to the appropriate level of rigidity as advised by your vet. 5. Allow your dog to stand and check they are comfortable and able to bear weight naturally. 6. Begin with short wear periods and gradually increase as your dog adapts. 7. Remove the brace at least once a day to inspect the skin for any redness, rubbing or sores. 8. Always remove the brace for bathing and do not allow the brace to become saturated.
