Give your dog a spa-worthy wash without the faff. This clever 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner does the hard work in a single step — cleansing the coat thoroughly while conditioning it at the same time, so bath time is quicker and your dog comes out looking (and smelling) absolutely brilliant.

Formulated with gentle, coconut-derived cleansers, the formula lifts dirt and odours effectively without stripping the skin's natural moisture barrier. Colloidal oatmeal soothes inflammation and calms irritated skin, while jojoba oil nourishes from root to tip, adding softness and a healthy natural shine to the coat.

The calming lavender scent makes bath time a more relaxed experience for you and your dog alike — and because it conditions as it cleanses, there's no need for a separate conditioning step. Less time washing, more time enjoying a freshly groomed, great-smelling dog.

Aqua, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycerin, Colloidal Oatmeal, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Panthenol, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate

Wet your dog's coat thoroughly with warm water. Apply a generous amount of shampoo and work into a lather from the neck down, massaging gently into the coat and skin. Avoid the eyes and inner ears. Leave for 1 to 2 minutes to allow the conditioning ingredients to work, then rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear. Towel dry or blow dry as usual. For best results, use every 4 to 6 weeks or as needed.

For external use on dogs only. Avoid contact with eyes — if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not use on cats or other animals. If skin irritation develops, discontinue use and consult your vet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within 12 months of opening.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Yes, absolutely. This formula has been specifically designed with sensitive skin in mind. It uses gentle, coconut-derived cleansers that clean thoroughly without stripping the skin's natural moisture barrier. The addition of colloidal oatmeal provides soothing anti-inflammatory relief, making it ideal for dogs prone to dry, itchy or reactive skin.

We recommend this shampoo for adult dogs. If you have a young puppy, please check with your vet before introducing any new grooming products, as puppy skin can be more delicate and may require a specially formulated puppy shampoo.

Because the formula is gentle and moisturising, it can be used as often as your dog needs a bath — typically every 4 to 6 weeks for most breeds. Dogs with skin conditions or those who spend a lot of time outdoors may be bathed more frequently. If in doubt, consult your vet or a professional groomer.

Yes. The lavender used in this formula is carefully measured to a dog-safe level and is not present in concentrations that would cause harm. It leaves a light, fresh scent on the coat after rinsing. If your dog has a known sensitivity to essential oils or fragrance, we recommend a patch test or a chat with your vet first.
