Custom, made-to-order & specialist items. Some products — including made-to-order braces and supports, and items sourced from our specialist EU partners — are produced or shipped directly by the supplier and carry their own production and delivery times. Where this applies, the estimated timeframe is shown on the product page, and these items may arrive separately from the rest of your order.
Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. International orders may be subject to customs charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery questions
As soon as your order leaves us, we'll email you a tracking link. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail or an equivalent tracked courier, so you can follow its progress right up to your door.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we're usually able to update the address — just contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it, but you can usually arrange redelivery directly with the courier.
First, check the tracking link from your dispatch email — most "delayed" parcels are simply running a day behind. If tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and any safe places first. Still no luck after that? Contact us with your order number and we'll sort it.
We're really sorry if that happens. Email us a photo of the item and packaging within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you'd prefer. No need to return damaged items unless we ask.
Yes — unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Due to hygiene reasons, opened consumables (chews, supplements, balms) can only be returned if faulty. A few of our products are custom or made to order, and some are supplied directly by trusted specialist partners in the EU. These items are made or dispatched to their own timescales, so they can take a little longer than our standard stocked products and may arrive in a separate parcel. The expected timeframe is always shown on the product page, so there are no surprises at checkout.
No — subscription orders are dispatched on the same schedule as one-off orders and follow the same delivery options and timeframes. You'll get a reminder email a few days before each subscription order is charged and shipped, so you can make changes if needed. See our subscriptions page for details.
