On any eligible product page, choose the "Subscribe & save" option instead of "One-time purchase", pick your delivery frequency, then add to basket and check out as normal. Your discount is applied automatically.

Log in to your account and head to the "Subscriptions" tab. From there you can pause, skip, change frequency, swap products, update payment details, or cancel — all without contacting us.

Yes — your saved payment method is charged a few days after your reminder email, in line with your chosen schedule. If a payment fails, we'll email you so you can update your details before your next order is missed.

Yes — add as many eligible products as you like to a single subscription, and they'll all renew together on the same schedule. You can add or remove items at any time before your next order is processed.

You can cancel any time from your account with no fees or notice period. If you've already been charged for an upcoming order, that order will still be sent, but no further orders will be created.
