COLD THERAPY: Place pack in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Remove, wrap in a damp cloth or thin towel, and apply to the affected area for 10–15 minutes. Repeat every 1–2 hours as needed during the first 24–48 hours after injury or surgery.

HOT THERAPY: Submerge sealed pack in hot water for 5–10 minutes, or microwave in 20-second intervals until warm throughout. Always test temperature on your wrist before use. Wrap in a cloth and apply to the affected area for 10–15 minutes. Suitable for ongoing use to ease joint stiffness or muscle tension.

Never apply directly to bare skin or open wounds. Do not leave your pet unattended during therapy. If your pet shows signs of distress, remove the pack immediately. Always consult your vet if you are unsure whether temperature therapy is appropriate for your pet's condition.
