What makes this different
Front legs or back legs
The same splint fits the carpus at the front and the metatarsus at the back. Measure whichever joint needs the support and size from that.
A splint you can bend
The single aluminium splint is malleable, so it shapes to the line of your dog's leg by hand rather than forcing the leg to fit a fixed curve.
Light enough for small dogs
The XX-Small weighs 23g and fits dogs up to about 2.3kg — small enough to be practical for toy breeds and puppies with weak pasterns.
Non-neoprene throughout
Neoprene traps bacteria, gives less support and degrades. Balto use a ventilated non-neoprene fabric that breathes and keeps its shape wash after wash.
