It's often recommended for conditions like IVDD, degenerative myelopathy, severe hip dysplasia or spinal injury, where the front legs are still strong but the rear end needs full or partial support. Many dogs adapt within days, especially with a gradual, positive introduction.

Measure your dog's weight and the distance from belly to ground as shown in our size guide before ordering - getting this measurement right is the most important step. Introduce the wheelchair gradually in a familiar, flat space, using treats and encouragement, before progressing to walks outdoors.

For external use as a supportive aid, not a medical device - always follow the fitting guide and check your pet's skin daily for rubbing or soreness, loosening the fit if needed. Remove before unsupervised play, swimming (unless designed for it) or overnight wear unless your vet has advised otherwise. Machine washable on a gentle cycle, air dry. Keep away from puppies who may chew straps or buckles. If your pet has an open wound, check with your vet before fitting anything over the area.
